Return & Refund Policy (Sarees)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for worn, damaged, or altered products.
  • In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds are processed after a quality inspection and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences and are not considered defects.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error.
  • Products purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be initiated within the specified timeframe.
